Before returning an item to Nedelko, you must first obtain an RMA number. RMA stands for "Return Material Authorization," which is the permission to return goods to Nedelko.

The RMA number is a unique code that serves as both a permission code and a reference on your return shipment.

Using the form below, you can notify Nedelko of the items you wish to return or request a repair.

• Notify us of your intention to return an item using the form below and clearly state the reason.
• Upon submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Your request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, and if accepted, an RMA form will be sent to you.
