The couplings can be supplied with both PG connection and metric connection thread in straight and angled versions. The solid plastic protective hoses and associated couplings can be supplied in both grey and black. There are also protective hoses and couplings that are provided with the UL/CSA quality mark.
The delivery programme also includes: hose mounting elements, converter reducers, enlargers, sealing rings, nuts and tools. In short, the Flexicon program offers numerous solutions for cable and wire protection and is also very easy to install. You can use the Flexicon products for various applications, including mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, panel building and bodywork.
New: Hygenic Range
The new Hygienic Range (HR) system consists of 10 different flexible protective hoses for hygienic applications, which are available in IP66, IP67, IP68 & IP69 versions.
The HR flexible protective hoses have a special hygienic design and comply with the EN1672-2 and EN ISO 14159 standards. They protect critical power and data cables against damage that can be caused by mechanical, electrical or environmental influences. Within the range you will also find matching hygienic, stainless steel fittings, connection boxes and accessories. This results in a complete system that is ideal for the food and beverage industry and pharmaceutical applications. All products are corrosion-resistant and manufactured from FDA-approved raw materials.
Efficient cleaning
The products have a smooth and easy-to-clean surface. This enables efficient cleaning of hygienic equipment and machines, without interrupting the production process. The HR system protects against the build-up of microbes and bacteria and at the same time ensures that cleaning processes do not damage or endanger the operation of the equipment.
