The Scafftag visual tagging system provides a reliable and immediately recognisable way to communicate the status of scaffolding, machines, tools and installations. Using colour-coded tag holders with inspection cards it is immediately clear at a glance whether an object is safe to use (green), conditionally approved (yellow) or taken out of service (red).
The system reduces the risk of using unsafe or uninspected objects and contributes to a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
Technical features of the Scafftag system
Scafftag tag holders are made from weather-resistant plastic and withstand UV radiation, moisture and industrial conditions. Inspection cards are placed in the tag holder and protected against dirt and moisture. Available in various sizes for scaffolding, ladders, lifting equipment, tools and machines.
The system is straightforward to use: during inspection the card is turned over or replaced, changing the visible status immediately.
